Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your MAPCON 2019 registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at info@mapcon2019.com clearly stating your reference number in the subject line. The email will have to be sent from the billing email address you used while registering.
Please note:- All cancellations done on or until 31/03/2019 will attract a cancellation fee of 25% of gross registration value
- All cancellations done on or until 30/06/2019 will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of gross registration value
- All cancellations on or done until 30/08/2019 will attract a cancellation fee of 75% of gross registration value
- After 30/08/2019 no refunds will be provided
- All refunds will be provided by cheque 10-15 working days after the conference
- Timestamp of email will be considered as official date of cancellation request
- GST value is completely non-refundable
